These sublimation MDF blanks come with the plastic dome and double sided adhesive to hold the domes on. They are available in two sizes- 4x6 or 5x7. Some people will leave the dome off and use the double sided tape to hold a gift card on it instead of the rolled up money or lip balm.

These are a great way to give a gift- you can print anything you want on them to make a unique card for any occasion. Also makes a great stocking stuffer.

These come blank for you to decorate- they are made for sublimation printing. They have a gloss, sublimation coating on one side. The back side is brown.

They have a clear film on the sublimation side (to protect the coating).  You will need to carefully remove this before pressing.  If you scratch to hard to peel it you will damage the sublimation coating.  You can put a piece of heat transfer tape on it and gently pull the film off.
